Lush & velvety with plenty of floral character, black currants, graphite, espresso notes, and forest floor. Stalwart tannins and dark fruit support a lasting finish on this lustrous wine.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Field Select is composed of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple in color, it has a wonderfully perfumed nose of violets and black cherries, plus hints of dried mint, dark chocolate and clove oil. Full-bodied, the palate is densely laden with black fruits and minty layers, framed by firm, grainy tannins, finishing long and earthy. The Wine Advocate November 2021

The 2019 Hayfork Field Select is a concentrated Cabernet made with grapes harvested from Hayfork's best block of Clone 6 Cabernet. 85% aged in new French oak.
