Tasting Notes
Light to medium color typical of Nebbiolo. Filled with notes of violets, roses and spices. Lively and fruity on the palate with balanced tannins and acidity.
Food Pairing
An excellent pairing with grilled meats, roasts, fondue or medium-aged cheeses.
Tech Details
Harvested from select organically farmed vineyards on the northern bank of the Tanaro River (Roero). Vinification in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Aged 10 months in large oak barrels plus a minimum of 12 months in bottle prior to release to allow for the flavors and complexity to properly blend and mature.
