Harvested from Paredones, a rising star estate vineyard for cool-climate varietals.
Expressive nose with intense pineapple and lime citrus aromas complemented with mineral notes. The palate is round and firm, dominated by citrus notes with refreshing acidity and a salty background.
Serve it alongside cheese with a touch of sweetness or with any number of fish, especially halibut.
Bright straw. Vibrant, mineral-laced citrus zest, green apple and fresh fig aromas, along with hints of jasmine and green tea. Taut and sharply focused on the palate, offering bitter lime pith and pear skin flavors and a hint of chalkiness. Pure and linear, with zero excess fat and strong closing energy, thrust and length.Vinous June 2015
Casa Silva is a pioneer in the chilly Paredones region, but it has taken them a few years to get this wine right. In 2014, it's there. Dusty, round, briny citrus aromas are not overly pungent or spiky. This is tangy and citric on the palate, but not unfriendly. Lime, gooseberry and sour orange flavors finish long and true.Wine Enthusiast August 2015
