Harvested from Paredones, a rising star estate vineyard for cool-climate varietals.
Expressive nose with intense pineapple and lime citrus aromas complemented with mineral notes. The palate is round and firm, dominated by citrus notes with refreshing acidity and a salty background.
Serve it alongside cheese with a touch of sweetness or with any number of fish, especially halibut.
The 2013 Cool Coast Sauvignon Blanc is from Paredones, in the coastal part of the Colchagua appellation where they were pioneers. It has a shy herbal nose with aromas of gooseberries, box plant and hints of fennel and asparagus with firm acidity and a light body, good freshness and length. A very worthy Sauvignon Blanc. The Wine Advocate June 2014
Highly pungent aromas of citrus zest, melon and jasmine, with a spicy nuance emerging with air. Deeper exotic fruit flavors join bright lemon and honeydew on the palate. Finishes clean and focused, with bright minerality and bitter citrus qualities.Vinous February 2014
