Radiant purple color with aromas of red fruits and black cherry. Explosive, sappy, juicy black cherry fruit character combined with notes of chocolate, smoke and oak. It achieves that elusive combination of complexity, concentration and finesse. Pairs well with a wide range of foods including grilled veal chops, duck with fruit sauces, most beef dishes, grilled or roasted chicken, and game birds.
