Adobe Guadalupe
Don and Tru Miller, die hard Mexophiles, began their love affair with Mexican wine over dinner one evening in Ensenada. The next day, they decided to make their home in the Eastern hills of the valley. In 1998, they built Adobe Guadalupe, which included their home and a beautiful bed & breakfast. They planeted grapes around the land with the intention of starting a winery and in 2000 they had their first harvest. In 2004, they fully realized their dream with the completion of their winery and cellar room. Hugo d'Acosta was hired as the winemaker! There is no doubt that the three Adobe Guadalupe wines are ecclectic and "ethereal" blends. All named after angels in honor of their son, they are incredibly exciting and heavenly wines that will certainly have people talking (and drinking) for many years to come.
