Sake Cocktails
Start your holiday party off right with these fabulous holiday cocktails featuring sake2me, Tozai Typhoon, and Tozai Blossom of Peace Plum Sake. Scroll down the page to get your hands on all the recipes!

Le Coloniale
(a fusion of French & Asian flavors)
- 1 oz Hennessey
- 0.5 oz St. Germain
- 2 Dashes Angostura
- 2 oz sake2me Asian Pear
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a cocktail (martini) glass. Top with 2 ounces of sake2me Asian Pear. Garnish with a thin slice of a quartered pear.
Cucumber Mint Tea
- 2 Slices of cucumber
- 5 Mint leaves
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 2 oz sake2me Green Tea
Muddle mint and cucumber in a mixing glass. Add ice and gin and shake vigorously. Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Top with 2 ounces of sake2me Green Tea. Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
Monsoon
- Half a lime
- 4 oz sake2me Ginger Mango
- 1 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the glass. Fill almost to the top with sake2me Ginger Mango, and carefully top with Goslings Black Seal Rum (or any other black rum). Garnish with a lime wedge or twist.
Venetian
- 1 oz Aperol
- 2 Dashes orange bitters
- 4 oz Yuzu Citrus sake2me
Build in champagne flute, top with sake2me. Garnish with a thin orange twist.

Santa's Saketini
- 2 oz Tozai Typhoon sake
- 1 oz apple liqueur
- Splash cranberry juice
Shake over ice and serve in a martini glass garnished with an apple slice.
Sake Snap
- 4 oz Tozai Typhoon sake
- Thin slices of freshly peeled ginger root
- 1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 0.5 oz homemade sour mix (see below)
To make sour mix, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup combined fresh lemon and lime juice and warm over low heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool. Add ginger and sour mix to a rocks glass and muddle until ginger is bruised and fragrant. Strain the ginger and sour mixture into a martini glass. Top with the ginger liqueur and sake. Garnish with candied ginger.
Typhoon Toddy
- 1 oz Tozai Typhoon sake
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 lemon
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot tea
Coat the bottom of a mug or ceramic cup with honey. Add the sake and the juice of the lemon. Pour the steaming tea into the cup and stir.
Typhoon Mary
- 2 oz Tozai Typhoon sake
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Tabasco to taste
Shake ingredients well and strain into a tall glass on ice. Garnish with pickled okra and a lemon wedge.

Kiss of the Sugar Plum Fairy
- 6 oz Tozai Blossom of Peace Plum Sake
- Lemon wedge
- Cinnamon stick
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat. Serve in a ceramic cup or mug.
Holiday Plum Martini
- 1 part Tozai Blossom of Peace Plum Sake
- 2 parts Citron Vodka
- Dash simple syrup
- Squeeze of fresh lemon
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake, serve. Garnish with a slice of candied ginger.
New Year's Eve Plum Bellini
- 1 part Tozai Blossom of Peace Plum Sake
- 1 part sparkling wine (we suggest Reginato Blanc de Blancs from Argentina)
- Spoonful of plum puree
Serve in a champagne glass and garnish with a slice of plum.
