Estate Cabernet that focuses on terroir diversity and exciting vineyard sites within the historic center of Mendoza winemaking.
The nose shows aromas of red fruits with light notes of chocolate orange rind. The mouthfeel is full and well structured with sweet spice and vanilla notes from the French oak aging, and soft, finely grained tannins with excellent length.
Its structure makes it an ideal pairing for tasty meats with sauces such as mushrooms and truffles.
Bright ruby-red. High-pitched scents of blackberry, black cherry, licorice and flowers, with a slightly raisiny quality emerging with air. Then plush and deep but juicy on the palate, technically dry but conveying an enticing sweetness. Less dark in its fruit character than the nose suggests, offering complicating notes of saline minerality, earth, olive, truffle and tobacco leaf. Finishes with suave tannins and very good length.Vinous May 2017
Blackcurrants, blueberries, rosemary and vanilla. Full body, plenty of sweet cherry fruit, round tannins and a fruity finish. Falls a little short. Drink now.James Suckling March 2018
