   Our Concept

Open Tuesday - Sunday, Noon to 7 p.m., closed Monday

Saké  (pronounced “sa-kay”):  alcoholic beverage brewed using water, rice, and koji mold as its main ingredients.

Nomi  (pronounced “noh-mee”):  Japanese word meaning “only.”  When paired with the word saké, it is also slang for, to put it politely, “one who likes to drink.” (from the verb nomu, to drink)

We named our shop Saké Nomi because we sell only premium saké, and we hope to create an atmosphere that will appeal to “drinking enthusiasts.”
